Services I offer:

Career summary:

I’ve worked for the last 8 years in apprenticeship recruitment, and in the past have held many managerial roles in banking, business and training sectors.

Why Apprenticeships are good for business:

Apprenticeships are an excellent way for an employer to find enthusiastic, bright, intelligent, committed applicants for any number of specific roles within their company, where they could be trained to the exact standards of the job requirement and the business needs of the company. HCUC would work closely with both employer and apprentice through the apprenticeship programme to ensure their apprentice progresses and thrives within their roles. This is also a very worthwhile activity for employers to support their local community, offering good jobs to their local residents to earn, gain work skills and qualifications, and transform their community into a vibrant and successful environment in which to live and work; in turn, adding to the prosperity and overall success of their businesses.

One big achievement I have had at HCUC:

I am very proud to have had a major part in placing a number of very successful apprentices in various job roles, where they’ve turned into an absolute asset to their employer; some of whom have also been awarded certificates of excellence at the annual West London Business Awards.

My key strengths:

I have an excellent work ethic, meticulous and methodical in my approach to work, a good team player, have a wealth of experience in the job and able to train new members, work closely with the curriculum teams, and employers, for seamless support to each apprentice, offer guidance and support to all queries.
