Engagement of both SME and Levy/Non -Levy employers on all aspects of Apprenticeships training and funding including recruitment of new staff and existing staff training. To agree training solutions for employees to close skills gaps, identify recruitment needs and work experience opportunities. To act as Account Manager to oversee the employer journey from initial contact through to evaluation of satisfaction, impact and repeat business. To offer a counsel on all apprenticeship related matters.
