How we support learners

Our Account Manager, industry-trained assessor and Learning Advocate support the employer and apprentice to deliver our high-quality training programme. We help to:

  • match the skills of a learner with the right employer to start an apprenticeship
  • turn their jobs into an apprenticeship
  • help them to upskill through an apprenticeship and progress within the company
  • start a traineeship if they are not ready for work yet.

Health & safety and safeguarding

We want our apprentices to enjoy a safe and secure working and learning environment. Risk assessments are mandatory to carry out at the workplace. We provide apprentices and employers with details on how to contact a safeguarding advisor should they need to.
