- Whether a student is academic, hands-on or both; apprenticeship is a genuine route to progress into a fantastic career
- Apprenticeships require no student loans, so there is no debt to pay for learning
- Apprenticeships are developed by either industry experts or specialist sector bodies
- Depending on the apprenticeship subjects, many of the apprenticeships are equivalent to A Levels or HNCs/HNDs
- Apprentices can progress to university or higher apprenticeship providing a less expensive route to higher education.

How we support learners
Our Account Manager, industry-trained assessor and Learning Advocate support the employer and apprentice to deliver our high-quality training programme. We help to:
- match the skills of a learner with the right employer to start an apprenticeship
- turn their jobs into an apprenticeship
- help them to upskill through an apprenticeship and progress within the company
- start a traineeship if they are not ready for work yet.
Health & safety and safeguarding
We want our apprentices to enjoy a safe and secure working and learning environment. Risk assessments are mandatory to carry out at the workplace. We provide apprentices and employers with details on how to contact a safeguarding advisor should they need to.
